Great training aid!

I had the hard copy version and this app is a great addition! It's a very helpful way to loosen stressful shoulders and neck after a hard day and...more importantly, strengthen those supporting muscles. Clear, easy to use, practical. Recommend it 100%!

Lower Back Pain is Gone!

After using this AP for just a few days I could feel my posture helping correct problems throughout my body. I have more energy and the lower back pain that has been troubling me for so long is almost completely gone! I wish I would have found this AP and not wasted so much time and money with things that didn't work. Thank you!

Helps A lot!

My posture was pretty bad before this app, as most of you all know posture affects growth, height, and athletic ability, preventing shoulder injury, before I thought this was crap, but after getting stingers I found it was true, this app helped with my stingers and back pain!
